I frequently get asked what I eat when I meet someone new.

They are interested because of my background and because I do not look or act my chronological age. Recently, someone asked: "you have great skin, what do you do?"

This download is for everyone who has asked and will ask in the future. My plan, all in one place. It keeps me on track and lowers stress.

This is a mostly vegan plan (animal collagen is included, of course) and can include some sustainable fish when I travel and don't want to fly with cooked lentils and broccoli.
