We'll spend 15 minutes together to see if we are good fit. For businesses interested in consulting, compliance, training, education, keynote speaking or lifestyle representation, this will be a quick meeting to see how I can help. For personal coaching, we will spend the time establishing your health concerns, favorite foods, way of eating, and your goals so that your paid session is truly transformational and tailored to your needs. Please register for an available time and fill out the intake form if this is for personal coaching. The call will be confirmed when you return of the intake form sent to your email.
